Soy Oil

Soybean oil which contains polyunsaturated fatty acids; linoleic acid content (precursor of the omega-6 series, 58% c.a.), alpha-linolenic acid (precursor of the omega-3 series, 4-10%), content in oleic acid (19-30%). It is used in both human and zootechnical nutrition for its particular characteristics.
