AgriTrade, is the division specialising in renewable energy.
Active since 2011, it optimises biogas and biomethane plants by offering technical support to organic processes.
In addition to technical service, we optimise the yield of production sites also through the supply of high quality by-products. To complete the service, we also offer inoculums for better silage preservation and cover sheets for their protection and effectiveness.
Sustainability indicators highlight the growing importance of digestate in the organic fertilisation of soils. AgriTrade works for the enhancement of digestate with a view to optimising the management of fertilisers through the use of a product with a high biological value, rich in organic matter and essential nutrients for the production and quality efficiency of crops.
To this end, technological innovation today allows us to evolve from conventional chemical fertilisation to fertilisation based on the use of digestate and nitrogen-fixing bacteria, phosphate solubilisers and potassium mobilisers.
AgriTrade has obtained the DM certification 07/08/2024 for the sustainability of biofuels, while Ener-Agri France has obtained the 2BSvs certification
AgriTrade also markets sustainable biomass and is a promoter, in Italy and France, of the cultivation of Donau Silphie: it is a high-yielding perennial energy crop that we have introduced exclusively for Italy and the overseas market. The plant is capable of absorbing CO2, reducing water consumption, promoting biodiversity as well as a valuable resource for beekeepers.
Since 2025 we have also been building photovoltaic systems for companies with the aim of improving energy efficiency and maximising economic performance.

Iron
Our range of iron powders with lower particle size and therefore high reactivity, allows us to quickly break down H2S in plants that use high amounts of nitrogenous biomass such as livestock waste, pollen, slaughterhouse waste and OFMSW (Organic Fraction of Municipal Solid Waste). Lowering the concentration of H2S in the plant allows, in addition to an improvement in the quality of the gas produced, to increase the efficiency of the engine and upgrading systems in biomethane plants, also to improve biological efficiency.

Coal
Coal pellets and iron pellets are one of the specific products with the highest filtering efficiency of both H2S and VOCs. This product allows to lengthen the average engine oil change time and preserve the wholeness of the engine and upgrading systems in biomethane systems.
- Ammonia scavenger
MiaMethan® MiaAmin
Specific product with very low particle size formulated with specific minerals for scavenging ammonia nitrogen from the plant. This product is able to solve problems of ammonia poisoning, minimizing the introduction of water or other diluent liquids. It is suitable for all plants that use high amounts of livestock waste, especially pollen, nitrogenous biomass such as slaughter waste, industrial by-products, OFMSW (Organic Fraction of Municipal Solid Waste). The specific reaction of our product allows to bind and make the ammoniacal nitrogen unavailable in order to counteract poisoning and allow a better yield of the inserted biomass and a stability in the production of the plant.

MiaMethan® ProCut
Innovative product formulated with a specific enzyme mix, capable of defibrating the lignin present in biomass, wastewater and by-products. Designed to have the highest enzyme concentration, this solves crust and buoyancy problems while improving fluidity and accelerating biological activity. With constant use, there is an improvement in self-consumption, mixers, pumps and separators, together with a better degradation of the inserted biomass, maximising the efficiency of the system.

- Trace elements
MiaMethan® SOS
One of our flagship products. Microelements in specific concentration with a chelating mineral resin and a buffer that make this product fundamental, as well as in the resolution of problems of acidosis or gas drops due to biological stress factors, also for the maintenance of the plant, stabilizing the fermentation with positive improvements in the ingestion and production of gas, both from a quality and quantity standpoint. This product, like all those in our line dedicated to biogas, uses a fermentable packaging that is therefore safe and can be used comfortably by the plant operator.

Preserving silage
AgriTrade provides lactic acid bacteria dedicated to fermentation control and
silage preservation that ensure:
- a more homogeneous and even silage, with an improvement in the digestibility of the fibres;
- a decrease in the % of dry matter losses in the trench due to correct fermentation;
- no production of inhibitory metabolites that slow down fermentations;
- increased stability of the front for a more complete transformation of sugars into AGVs.

This thin but very tear-resistant sheet, made from virgin plastics,
must be positioned between the cover net and the transparent sheet to make the trench perfectly
waterproof. The version of sheets coupled to the transparent sheet is also available.

The use of the film prevents the formation of air pockets preventing their penetration between the sheet and the silage.

Custom Evoh Oxygen barrier sheet
The multilayer sheet made of EVOH and PE with metallocene acts as an oxygen barrier and guarantees elasticity and robustness, optimising silage and reducing the loss of dry matter.
Customisable in width and length, it adapts perfectly to every need, guaranteeing fodder of high nutritional and energy value. The light weight facilitates covering and silos removal operations and reduces disposal costs.

The product, distributed at the leaf level, from the early stages of vegetative development or in fertigation, stimulates the fixation of atmospheric nitrogen on: wheat, barley, corn, soybean, sunflower, rapeseed, rice, vegetable crops, fruit and vine.
It fixes atmospheric nitrogen, reducing the use of nitrogenous chemical fertilisers in the soil and improving production quality and quantity.
Biostarter NP
Soil biofertility enhancer, atmospheric nitrogen fixer, phosphorus solubilizer in the soil and defence against fungal diseases of the root system.
Soil Biodigest Plus
It is a bio-fertilizer based on rhizosphere endophytic probiotic bacteria and mycorrhizal fungi that help to degrade plant residues in the soil such as digestate from biogas productions. It allows to solubilize the Phosphorus and mobilize the Potassium present in the soil and to fix the atmospheric Nitrogen in considerable quantity from the beginning of the crop cycle.
