Subject: Information notice on Curriculum Vitae, provided pursuant to Art. 13 of Reg. 2016/679/EU
Please be informed that your personal data shall be processed at our company. Data is processed in compliance with the criteria provided for by the European General Data Protection Regulation, Reg. 2016/679/EU (hereinafter G.D.P.R.) and with all other national legislation, measures or authorisations issued by the competent authority linked to data protection. According to the aforementioned legislation, processing must be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of your confidentiality and your rights.

2) The data collected from you shall be used for the purposes of selecting, evaluating and recruiting staff for the company’s organisational structure.
The legal basis for processing can be found in Art. 6, p.1, lett. f), of the GDPR “processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party”; providing data is optional, but failure to do so shall mean that the data controller will not be able to assess the candidate’s profile.
The data subject gives his/her express consent as he/she provides his/her CV on a completely voluntary basis via e-mail, fax or through the “Work with Us” section of the website.
3) Disclosure: the data collected may be disclosed to duly appointed external parties who carry out activities on behalf of the data controller, such as, for example: HR consulting companies for the assessment and screening of profiles, employment consultants, etc. Personal data relating to means of communication (e-mail address, phone number, etc.) will be used by duly appointed internal parties.
Data will not be disclosed to non-EU third countries and dissemination is not foreseen (e.g. social networks, websites, etc.). The data controller does not use only automated processes to fulfil the purposes stated in this information notice and does not carry out profiling.
4) The Data Controller shall process personal data for the amount of time necessary to fulfil the aforementioned purposes and, in any case, for no longer than 12 months from the collection of data for the purposes indicated, after which time the Data Controller or an appointed person shall proceed to delete the CV or to make the data pseudonymous.
5) The data subject has the right to ask the data controller for access to his/her personal data or the correction or deletion of said data or the restriction of processing concerning him/her, or has the right to object to processing, in addition to the right to request data portability.
Requests may be sent via e-mail, fax or registered post, indicating the subject: “Request by the data subject” and specifying therein the right that the data subject wishes to exercise (cancellation, rectification, data portability, right to be forgotten), together with a valid e-mail/certified e-mail address to which the relative reply can be sent.
The data controller, or anyone appointed by the data controller, must respond to the request within 30 days from the date of receipt. Should the reply be complex, this deadline may be extended by another 30 days, subject to prompt notification thereof being sent to the data subject.
