the new premises in Tanzania
AgriBio’s commitment to sustainability and shared value creation continues with the inauguration of the new premises in the heart of East Africa.
After the first experiences in Togo, Ivory Coast and Benin, as a Company we have consolidated a virtuous model of local development. The goal is to enhance organic supply chains and create value for communities. The goal is to enhance organic supply chains and create value for communities.
Sustainability is on everyone's lips. We implement it, every day.
We integrate environmental, social and governance ESG criteria into every decision and report the results in our Sustainability Report, according to global standards. It is not only an ethical value but an operational choice. The group is strongly committed to reducing its environmental impact, in particular by preferring, where possible, more sustainable transport (intermodal rather than road) and by creating its own photovoltaic systems aimed at offsetting direct and indirect CO2 emissions.
With a booming market, ready technologies and favourable incentives, photovoltaics is now a sustainable, strategic and forward-looking choice. SeedFuture works hand in hand with companies to accompany them in the energy transition with reliable and high added value solutions.

In China for an increasingly global organic supply chain
With the opening of a new operational headquarters in Dalian, AgriBio takes a further step in building a strong and interconnected international network. Strengthened by commercial relations started in China as early as 2016, the company has chosen to consolidate its presence in the territory with a direct supervision, capable of guaranteeing quality, control and timeliness throughout the supply chain.
The operational structure in China allows us to monitor agricultural activities on site, verify the quality of production directly in the fields and optimise outbound logistics to Europe and Africa. An investment that strengthens the reliability of the entire supply chain and positions China as a strategic hub for the coordination of trade and production flows on an intercontinental scale.
This direct presence is not limited to control alone: it represents an evolution of the AgriBio model, based on long-term relationships, active collaboration with local partners and an integrated vision of sustainability. The Dalian project is in fact designed to generate production synergies, promote exchanges of know-how and contribute to the development of a global, transparent and responsible organic supply chain.
With China, we strengthen our business assets as bridges between continents, uniting markets, skills and people around a common goal: to build shared value through an international organic supply chain based on trust, quality and respect for local territories.

Innovation and quality: AgriBio Romania’s ambitious project continues
In the Timiș district, in the heart of western Romania, the “AgriBio Model” carries out a high-quality, traceable and environmentally friendly organic agricultural development project. We are engaged in the processing of organic sunflower, rapeseed and soy seeds, thereby strengthening one of Europe’s main supply chains dedicated to sustainable oilseeds.
Our strength is the long-standing direct collaboration with local farmers who have been growing organic products for years, ensuring compliance with strict European standards. This approach allows us to establish continuous and trusting relationships with local operators, guaranteeing a transparent and responsible supply chain.
The production target for the Timiș district is ambitious: 30,000 tonnes of organic sunflower and rapeseed seeds , destined to pressing and processing at two dedicated plants. Processing produces organic oil and oilcakes that supply the European market, in particular Eastern Europe, contributing to the growth of an agri-food chain with minimal environmental impact and high ethical value.
Every phase of the process, from cultivation to processing, is monitored through rigorous compliance and sustainability analyses, guaranteeing high standards and total product traceability. The goal is to ensure zero environmental impact, confirming AgriBio’s role as a reliable partner for companies and operators that focus on responsible and certified sourcing.
Looking ahead, AgriBio is planning new investments in Romania to expand the range of organic products, introducing the production of shea butter, sunflower lecithin and coconut stearin. A further step in the construction of a more sustainable, innovative and inclusive agro-industrial system, capable of combining competitiveness, respect for people and protection of the planet.

Sustainability and shared value with the new project in Tanzania
It is in Tanzania that AgriBio’s commitment to sustainable agriculture that generates social value has gained new strength. After the first experiences started in Togo, Ivory Coast and Benin, the company has consolidated a virtuous model of local development, based on the creation of agricultural cooperatives and the enhancement of organic supply chains, from sunflower to soy, from shea butter to coconut oil.
In Tanzania, AgriBio is investing in the organic sunflower supply chain, promoting entrepreneurial growth. Through technical training programmes and constant support, they provide training for small farmers and accompany them towards productive autonomy and skills that enable them not only to improve the quality of production, but also to generate positive repercussions for the entire local community.
AgriBio’s approach is based on a concept of integrated sustainability: economic, social and environmental. Cooperatives become centres of shared growth, where decent work and the inclusion of women represent fundamental drivers of progress. Communities, thanks to the income generated by agricultural activities, can invest in the construction of schools, healthcare facilities and basic services, fighting migration and strengthening the local social fabric.
At the same time, AgriBio guarantees European standards of quality and traceability, closely following every stage of production. A commitment that combines ethics and business, creating sustainable partnerships along the entire supply chain and offering the B2B market certified raw materials, of high quality and with a positive impact.
With the project in Tanzania, AgriBio confirms its vision: a responsible business model, capable of combining competitiveness and inclusive development, where agriculture becomes a driver of well-being and sustainability for people and the planet.

Agribio Ukraine, a strategic hub for European organic products
Founded in 2021 in Kherson, Agribio Ukraine was founded to build an integrated and transparent organic farming chain on the territory. After 2022, the headquarter was transferred to Kyiv, where today all the supply, logistics and export activities of oilseeds and organic cereals are now concentrated. The Agribio Ukraine team combines an extensive experience in trading with a deep knowledge of the local market, guaranteeing efficiency, traceability and shared value throughout the supply chain: from the selection and collection of products to their storage in certified warehouses, up to shipping and delivery throughout Europe.
In the long term, the aim is to consolidate relationships with local organic farmers and ensure stable supplies to European markets: Agribio Ukraine aims to develop increasingly technologically advanced plants for the processing of organic cereals and oilseeds. In fact, the development plan based on the “Agribio Model” provides for the creation of proprietary warehouses for storage and transport, the strengthening of logistics channels and the increase in export volume, thus reinforcing the role of the Ukrainian territory as a strategic hub for the expansion of the Group and for European organic agriculture.

In the organic field, we sow opportunities
Operational since 2021, the Lomè branch in Togo is the first production branch of AgriBio Africa.
It specialises in the industrial processing of organic soybeans. The facility is equipped with a complete logistics network, including operational headquarters, administrative offices and warehouses for the storage and distribution of raw materials.
As of spring 2025, this branch underwent an important technological upgrade: the installation of a state-of-the-art plant for the pressing of soy directly on site. A strategic investment that increases production autonomy and enhances the short supply chain.
The project is based on a sustainable and inclusive approach, with the direct involvement of local communities. AgriBio Africa promotes the training of farmers in the villages of Togo, supporting the transition to organic, low-impact farming methods that are respectful of biodiversity and traditional practices.
At the heart of the “AgriBio Model”: communities, respect for the environment and the shared future.
