This is my vision.
It stems from my experience a child and it is the dream I am working to fulfil.
I am Simone Marzari. As a child, the commitment and sacrifice that my father put into the work taught me a lot. But I have always yearned for something more: I believe that if you have a dream, a vision, nothing can stop you. I have always been a lover of agriculture, I studied agriculture. Although I had clear ideas right from the start, I knew I had to work on implementing them.
When I decided to take on the challenge at 26, Anna, who later married me, was by my side. She has always been supportive, she has always believed in me.
2011 marked the establishment of AgriTrade, the business that would have helped me give form to my ideas. Speaking of innovation, sustainability, in the end I won the trust of many farmers and found the support of an international partner.
Biogas was a sector yet to be invented. I found a great space for the development of the company and the advantages I could offer, always looking at a natural production.
The success of AgriTrade has allowed me to fulfil a dream, that of being able to dedicate myself to the trade of organic cereals. In fact, AgriBio is the result of years of great sacrifice and commitment on a journey littered with obstacles.
My desire to create a virtuous circle has taken me even that extra mile. I closed the circle with SeedFuture, the group that includes the companies I established and that has allowed me to internationalize AgriBio and AgriTrade. A success that I want to share above all with my team of collaborators. I could not have reached milestones would without them.
For me they are very important resources. One of my greatest satisfactions is to read my own passion in their eyes.
The enthusiasm to carry on my dream and SeedFuture comes from family, watching Anna supporting me every day and watching my children grow up. My endeavour is not to create followers in my work, but rather lead by example.
